Charles LeMon

Charles W. LeMon a lifelong resident of Cold Spring passed away peacefully on October 15, 2022 at home.  He was 69.

Born on January 13, 1953 in Cold Spring to the late Robert and Edna Mae Gesner LeMon. 

Charles was a graduate of Haldane schools and went on to Northeastern University where he graduated with his degree in Pharmacy.  He owned CWL Butterfield Pharmacy in Cold Spring  and then went to work for New York State as a Pharmacist at Greenhaven Correctional Facility . 

He is survived by his brother Robert LeMon and his wife Michelle, sisters Kathy Hale and her husband Larry, and Carmen Cocco and her husband Lennie.  He is also survived by 5 nephews and 1 niece.

In Keeping with Charles’ wishes there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday October 21, 2022 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Loretto Church, 24 Fair Street, Cold Spring.  Interment will follow in Cold Spring Cemetery.
