Johanna Mularadelis

Johanna Mularadelis of Matawan, NJ formerly of Cold Spring, NY passed away peacefully on February 27, 2024.  She was 92.

Born on June 1, 1931 in Lynbrook, NY to the late Christopher and Barbara Smiros. 

Johanna married Constantine "Dino" Mularadelis in 1955 in Astoria, NY and moved to the Village of Cold Spring, NY where Johanna was active with the PTA, boy scouts and Dino in local politics. 

Johanna was retired from the Village of Cold Spring where she served as the Village Treasurer and later worked at Haldane Central School as a Payroll Clerk for many years until her retirement.  

She would later travel and go on day trips with the local seniors club  

She is survived by her loving children Chris Mularadelis and his wife Dorene of Aberdeen, NJ, James Mularadelis and his wife Marcia Medina of Austin, Texas and Rose Monroe of Goshen, NY.   Cherished grandchildren Emily, Christopher and Anastasia . 

Johanna was predeceased by her husband Dino in 1994, her brother Constantine Smiros of Cold Spring, NY in 2007 and is survived by her brother Alex Smiros of Palm Coast, FL.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024 at 10:30am at St. Basil’s Academy, 79 Saint Basil Road, Garrison, New York 10524, Interment will follow in Cold Spring Cemetery.

Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Clinton Funeral Home- Cold Spring.
