Lawrence Downey

Lawrence (Larry) J. Downey a Cold Spring native, US Army Veteran, Notre Dame graduate, and third-generation owner of Downey Energy, passed peacefully on September 4, 2021, with his beloved family by his side.

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Joan of Cold Spring, loving sons Lawrence and Cary, cherished grandchildren Victoria, Alexandra, and Rebecca. Three  dear great-grandchildren: Christopher, Caiden, and Austin.  Graveside Services will be held on Thursday September 9, 2021, at the Cold Spring Cemetery at 11:00 a.m where all are welcome to attend.
