Michael P. Junjulas

Michael P. Junjulas a long time resident of Cold Spring, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2023, surrounded by his family.  He was 54.

Born on February 5, 1969, in Staten Island to Charles and the late Ann Marie Junjulas.

Michael graduated from Haldane High School class of 1987 and enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served his country for 29 years retiring in 2017 as a Senior Master Sergeant. 

On September 24, 1994, he married Patricia Smith at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring.

Michael enjoyed serving his community, he was a member of the Cold Spring Fire Department, The Cold Spring Lions Club a member of the Haldane Board of Education, The Knights of Columbus Loretto Council where he was a 3^rd degree knight.  He was also a member of the Beacon Knights of Columbus as a 4^th degree knight.  He was a board member of the Cold Spring Historic District review board and a member of the American Legion Post 275.

He is survived by his devoted wife  Patricia , loving children Patrick, Stephen, Matthew and Christine.  Dear father Charles Junjulas and dear brothers Charles and his wife Diane Junjulas, and Kevin and his wife Janine Junjulas.  His mother in law Mary Jane Smith and his brother in law Stephen Smith. 

He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and one great niece. 

Friends may call on Thursday June 29, 2023, from 4-8pm at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott Street, Cold Spring.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday June 30, 2023, at 11:00am at Our Lady of Loretto Church, 24 Fair Street, Cold Spring.  Interment with military honors will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
