Rose Immorlica

Rose  M. Immorlica a lifelong resident of Cold Spring passed away peacefully on November 4, 2020.  She was 88.

Born on May  29, 1932 in Garrison, NY to the late John and Maria Immacolota (Devarti) Verlingieri.

Rose was a passionate caring wife, mother, grandmother (great grandmother), sister, aunt and friend.  Always putting others before herself.

Rose worked for Sonotone/Marathon Battery in Cold Spring for many years.  She was a devout Catholic and attended Our Lady of Loretto Church for many years.  She was a member of the Philipstown Senior Citizens and worked the election polls for many years.

She is survived by her devoted husband Joseph Immorlica Sr., loving children Mary Gumina and her husband Paul, Joseph A. Immorlica Jr., and his wife Bridget, Angelo J. Immorlica and his wife Lisa Mihalik and Her 10 Cherished grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren will miss her deeply.

She was predeceased by her brother John Verlingieri and sisters Frances Bedford, Josephine Turturro and Angelina Bronco.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday November 10, 2020 at 12:00pm at Our Lady of Loretto Church, Cold Spring.  Burial will follow at the Cold Spring Cemetery, Cold Spring, NY.
