Sandra Ostrow

Sandra L. Ostrow of Cold Spring passed away peacefully on July 22, 2018.  She was 71.

Born on July 23, 1946 in Staten Island NY to the late Adolph and Clara Ernst Becker.  Sandra was a retired Purchasing Agent for Bayley Seton Hospital on Staten Island prior to her retirement.

Sandra enjoyed crocheting, visiting lighthouses, her teddy bear collections along with Legos with her grandsons.

She is survived by her loving sons, Eugene Ostrow III and his wife Jennifer of Cold Spring and Thomas Ostrow of Long Island City, NY.  Dear Sister Judith O’Donovan and her husband Jeremiah of Pompano Beach, Florida.  Cherished grandchildren Jacob Medoff-Ostrow and Alexander Ostrow.  Loving Nieces Karen Kavanaugh, Kathleen O’Donovan, Erin Kavanaugh, Rachel and Amanda O’Donovan.

Sandra was predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene Ostrow Jr in December 2012.

Friends may call on Monday July 30, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott Street, Cold Spring.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday July 31, 2018 at 10am at Our Lady of Loretto Church, Cold Spring.  Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Queens.
