William Bischoff

William E. Bischoff Jr. of Cold Spring passed away peacefully on February 16, 2019 at NYP-Hudson Valley Hospital.  He was 67.

Born on May 28, 1951 in Peekskill, NY to the late William E. and Emily Brown Bischoff Sr.

William grew up in Buchanan and graduated from Hendrick Hudson Schools.  After High school he enlisted in the United States Navy serving his country from 1971-1974 where he was assigned to the USS Dale.

William was currently employed at Con Edison where he is a Mechanic A Sub Station Maintenance.

He was an avid Ham Radio collector.

Survivors include his children David Tompkins and his wife Kris of Garrison and Daniel Wayne Bischoff of Cold Spring.  Grandchildren Scarlet Spagna and Daniel Bischoff Jr.  Sister Elizabeth Benedict of Beacon and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his sisters Emily Bender, Helen Pigeon and Ruthie Mae Bischoff.

Friends may call on Wednesday February 20, 2018 from 5-8pm at Clinton Funeral Home, 21 Parrott Street, Cold Spring.  Military Honors will be rendered by the United States Navy at 7:45pm.  Interment will be private at Hillside Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor.
